Agility in Leadership & Organisations
Our goal is to improve organizational effectiveness by developing more adaptive leaders and organizations. The focus of this workshop is guided by the Agile Leadership Compass and is delivered across distinct learning modules focused on developing agile leaders to foster healthy organizations and improve business outcomes.
The Leadership Compass
Agile organizations require agile leaders. Therefore, we focus first on developing new thinking and behaviours in the leaders who are then more capable of demonstrating agile values and co-creating effective change within the organization - leading towards more resilient and effective organizations.
Agenda
Day 1
Management Trends – Reflect on the history of management trends relevant to their times.
Leadership Mindsets – Explore leadership styles and their impact on organizational agility.
Catalyst Leadership – Distinguish customary from change leadership competencies.
Leadership Power - Dive into the polarity of power and its application in leadership.
Leadership Focus – Improve outcomes through a better focus blend across do, lead and coach.
Catalyst Conversations™ – Practice a technique to improve every conversation.
Day 2
Aligning Values – Explore values and alignment for improved performance and health.
Organizational Agility – Distinguish outside-in and inside-out approaches for impactful change.
Levers of Change – Identify three key levers for shaping culture: structures, policies and metrics.
Value Delivery Case Studies – Dive into examples of improving organizational value delivery.
Catalyst Canvas™ – Practice a technique to focus, align and accelerate organizational change.
Change & Transition – Distinguish change from transition and help co-create sustained change.
Format
The training is split into different online small slots throughout the days. It allows people to go through the material, reflect on their context between sessions and come back with scenarios to be discussed in the group.
Class size
We limit the online class to up to 12 people.
Time
The workshop is held online on two consecutive Fridays at 08:00 am and ends at 05:00 pm (CET). There will be short rest breaks as desired and homework between the two Fridays.

The training is given in English. All training materials are also in English.

About the trainer
Javier is an Agilist with over 19 years of experience in telco, healthcare, banking/financial, betting, educational, retail and transport industries in startups, scale-ups and corporates, and over 12 years of experience with Business Agility.
He has supported the successful adoption of LeSS and Sociocracy 3.0 at Derivco Sweden with 70+ people. Has been part of the Agile Transformation at Danske Bank inspired by the Spotify Model with a scope of 4700+ people. Supported a program with 150+ people at Novartis in the journey to scale the ways of working. Currently is enabling an Innovative and Customer-Centric Culture at Sunrise by supporting the Digital Transformation with an initial scope of 300+ people.
He will be sharing his experience with these organisations and also previous organisations like Derivco that are following similar approaches to the Agile Leadership Journey.
Javier has trained dozens of teams and hundreds of people for almost 10 years.
